우대자격:
- 이메일/앱푸시/문자 등 Outbound메세지, 고객DB기반 세그멘테에이션 구현/운영 경험 있으신 분

- 쇼핑몰 프로젝트나 유지보수를 경험하신 분

- CRM캠페인 /마케팅 오토메이션 솔루션에 대한 지식이 있으신 분

 

Position name: Technical Client Services Manager

Skills & Qualifications:
• Possess experience in Digital Marketing or Email Marketing, eCommerce/ CRM implementation projects
• Plus skills a strong knowledge in eCommerce /marketing automation technologies such as Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, or SFDC
• Technical skills: SQL DB, HTML, Javascripts, Web interface (desired but not mandatory skills)
• Communication skills in English and Korean

 

Technical Customer Success Manager Role is:
• Collect client briefs and requirements for new projects and oversee internal delivery teams to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction are met.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project scopes and effectively apply Verticurl’s project methodology and project standards.
• Prepare for customer engagement reviews on project status and follow quality assurance procedures
